We are a dynamic team of creative people with expertise in Lean-Agile product and project management, Business agility, Dynamic work design, Digital transformation, Change management, Network management, Web design and development, to name a few.

We are a woman owned company based out of north eastern region of United States. We have a panel of highly qualified Agile coaches and instructors with an average of 20+ years of industry experience, who have delivered trainings and consulting engagements on all continents of the world in the areas of Lean-Agile project management and product delivery, Digital transformation, Network management, Change Management, Dynamic process design, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Web management and more.

Our mission at Lean Agile Global is to help organizations achieve a competitive advantage and be innovative in a fast, ever-changing world. We believe that this can be achieved by continuously focusing on the transformation of people, processes and teams. We plan to work with local Agile coaches across different countries and promote Lean Agile mindsets and practices globally. LAG plans to set up subsidiary branches in multiple countries.

Our coaches and consultants have individually conducted hundreds of classes and we have consistently received rave reviews from our trainees. We have put a lot of focus on the professional development of our coaches and consultants through internal and external resources. In 2020, we have switched over to online delivery model in accordance with Covid-19 requirements.
